VCS Superintendent Dr. Jim McCall and the VCS Board recognized and congratulated Memorial Elementary School teacher Megan Becker on being named an Indiana state finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Education. Becker is one of only two Indiana finalists for the award. She has been a 3rd Grade and 4th Grade teacher at Memorial for 15 years.
