Program Compliance with Federal Law
We take compliance with federal regulations seriously and conduct ongoing professional development to stay abreast of changing laws. The Indiana Department of Education oversees our federal programs and conducts an Administrative Review every three years. Results of the review are posted on the Indiana Department of Education website:

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits.
