You will also need to bring a copy of your updated Drivers License. This can be delivered to the Administration Building during normal business hours.

IF YOU HAVE A LIFE EVENT, such as a Marriage, Divorce, Newborn, Loss of Insurance; you have 30 days to contact your HR department 219-531-3000.
