Birthday Parties

*PLEASE NOTE* At this time, with our current events schedule, we will not be able to accommodate parties until at least May 2026. With this in mind, please be patient with our response time, which may be longer than usual. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
- Make sure to fill out the birthday party information request form above to plan your next party.
- Included in the price is access to the aquatic center for 50 people total, which consists of those who are swimming and those who are not.
- Each party includes a total of 3 hours at the Valparaiso Aquatic Center. You receive 2 hours in the VAC pool and 1 hour in a private hospitality party room. Pool time will be at the beginning of the party, followed by the last hour in the private hospitality party room.
- The party room includes tables, chairs, a sink, a fridge/freezer combination, and counter space.
- You are welcome to bring your own party materials, including decorations, tablecloths, and party favors.
- Food is not provided or included. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake. (Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on Valparaiso community schools' property.) A Valparaiso Aquatic Center representative will also be there to provide any additional assistance you may need.
- Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Decorations may be taped only with painter's tape. Please no piñatas, glitter, or confetti.
- We ask that the party room must be cleaned up by the end of the scheduled party time.
- All party guests 6 years of age and younger are required to be within arm’s reach of an adult in the pool. One adult may monitor up to 3 children in the water. All non-swimmers must wear a lifejacket.
- Lockers are available. Please bring your own towels and locks.
Bookings and Cancellations

Charges for additional swimmers will be collected at the time of the party.
Full payment is required at the time of the party, but may be made once confirmation is provided that the VAC is available for your scheduled date and time. No refunds are provided for party reservations unless canceled by the Valparaiso Aquatic Center. Parties can be rescheduled to a different available date.
