VCS Superintendent Dr. Jim McCall and the VCS Board honored six retirees at the May 22 Board meeting.

VCS Superintendent Dr. Jim McCall and the VCS Board recognized the State Champion VHS Gymnastics Team as well as five VHS students named 2023 National Merit Finalists at the recent VCS Board Meeting.

Dr. Jim McCall, along with the VCS Board, recognized Valparaiso High School's 5A State Championship Football team along with coach and player awards at the December 15 Board Meeting.

Megan Becker was named an Indiana state finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Education

Central Elementary School was named a “2022 National Blue Ribbon School” by the U.S. Department of Education. Central is one of just 10 Indiana schools to earn this distinction in 2022. Students and staff gathered at the end of the school day on Friday, September 16 to learn of the National recognition they received.
